Leisure Access Programs
The Leisure Access Pass (LAP)
The Leisure Access Pass provides eligible Chilliwack residents with the opportunity to participate in recreation activities at very low or no costs.
The application process and forms have been designed in such a manner as to ensure that those who are truly in need of financial assistance may apply with reasonable effort and without loss of personal dignity or privacy. LAP record confidentiality is assured.
Residents may obtain LAP application forms at the Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre or the Cheam Leisure Centre. Applicants must apply directly at one of the two community recreation centres. Although LAP cards are honoured broadly as noted above, applicants are encouraged to apply at the centre they would use most often, particularly for registered programs. LAP card holders may reapply upon the expiry of an existing card.
When considering eligibility for the LAP program all sources of household income are taken into consideration.
How to Apply
NOTE: Leisure Access Pass applications must be submitted together with all completed support documents.
