The Leisure Access Pass (LAP)
The application process and forms have been designed in such a manner as to ensure that those who are truly in need of financial assistance may apply with reasonable effort and without loss of personal dignity or privacy. LAP record confidentiality is assured.
Residents may obtain LAP application forms at the Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre or the Cheam Leisure Centre or online below. Applicants must apply directly at one of the two community recreation centres.
