We are a community market that gathers at the yarrow Pioneer Park EVERY Friday from May 24-September 27th. We start at 5pm each week and go until dusk (8:30ish) It's more than just a market. The community uses this event as a weekly gathering spot. Many will bring their families to eat at the food trucks and listen to the live music (we have both every single week!). There is also a playground for children to play, picnic tables to gather with friends, etc.

Notes:

May 24 is our season opener and September 27th is our year end party. Live music and food trucks every Friday from 5pm until 8:30pm

Description: Chilliwack Malayalee Association is planning to conduct an Indian Food Festival which will be happening for the first time in Chilliwack. Date- August 3rd 4pm onwards Venue- Chilliwack Coliseum Campus Our plan is to conduct an event with restaurant and food trucks that serve Indian food. Along with that we will have music and dance performances in our entertainment area. Highlights of the event: 1) First time in the history of Chilliwack an Indian Food Festival is happening. 2) The event has a high visibility as its happening in the heart of Chilliwack. 3) It's a public event and its free, easy access from all parts of the venue so more crowd expected. 4) Ample amount of free parking across the venue. 5) The biggest football match of the season between the Okanagan Sun vs Valley Huskers is happening at the Exhibition Field which is next to our venue.
