Chilliwack Mountain Comprehensive Development Plan (1996)

Chilliwack Mountain Comprehensive Development Plan was completed in 1996. Although it was not formally adopted as part of the OCP, it was endorsed by Council and has guided the development of Chilliwack Mountain ever since. The Plan sets out a suburban community scenario that could lead to a build-out population of 4,500, or 1,700 dwelling units. It also highlights future infrastructure works and environmentally/ geotechnically sensitive areas that need to be treated with due care.
