The Ann Davis Transition Society, in partnership with the University of the Fraser Valley, invites you to save the date for a timely conversation about women’s issues and practical tools for community organizing in the Fraser Valley. We will meet at 11:00 a.m. and march from the Ann Davis Transition Society office at 9046 Young Rd. to Chilliwack City Hall at 8550 Young Rd. Speakers will include Joanne Gutierrez-Hugh (Xwiyolemot), former Tribal Chief with Stó:lō Tribal Council; Jackie Hogan, UFV’s acting president; and Patti MacAhonic, Ann Davis Transition Society executive director. We are also excited to announce that Juno nominee Inez will be performing. Everyone is welcome! Please join us :)
