| Description: Members of the public are invited to join Mayor and Council for a celebration of Chilliwack’s newest park, Lexw Qwò:m Park, on Saturday, May 4 at 11 am. Located in the Eastern Hillsides area on Hack Brown Road, Lexw Qwò:m Park features a day use picnic area, parking lot and a trail network that connects to the Community Forest. The event will begin with speeches, followed by a hike of the lower loop (approximately a 15-20 minute walk) and light refreshments. Parking is available at Charis Camp. |
