| Description: Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation’s annual holiday breakfast benefiting Chilliwack General Hospital. Funds raised from this event will support the purchase of a CT Scanner at Chilliwack General Hospital. Also, any toys collected will go to the Pediatric Unit playrooms in Abbotsford & Chilliwack Hospitals, making a child’s stay in the hospital more pleasant and items to fill the needs of youth in the Fraser East mental health programs. In the last 2 years this event has raised over $18,000 for Chilliwack General Hospital! • Breakfast Buffet • Program includes special guest speaker: TBD • Toy & Toiletry Drive (we will also be accepting Gift Card, cash and credit card donations) • Entertainment & Door Prizes |

| Notes: Tickets are $15 minimum donation or $150 for a table of ten. Feel free to bring toiletries for Mental Health Programs or toys for our pediatric play rooms. |
