The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre and the YMCA are pleased to introduce the Y Mind Mindfulness Group. This free group is for people aged 18-30 who experience anxiety. The group shares mindfulness and stress-management techniques that can help us deal with anxiety and live our best lives. Interested? A facilitator will get back to you and register you for an information session on Wednesday, September 26th or Wednesday, October 3rd @ 5:30pm at the Neighbourhood Learning Centre, 46361 Yale Road.
