The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RfQ) is to invite Interested Parties to submit Responses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for Uniformed Security Guard Services consisting of static guard, mobile patrols, facility security inspections, foot patrols and working with The City’s Bylaw and Regulatory Services Department staff and Chilliwack RCMP General Duty and Community Police Services.
