Work:

The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to invite interested parties to submit responses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for the construction of two (2) parking lots for the City of Chilliwack. Present contemplated projects include the construction of a parking lot on Southlands Drive directly across from Chilliwack City Hall, and a parking lot at 8300 Kiernan Drive. It is expected the City will release the individual Request for Proposals in March 2021 with completion of the projects by end of July, 2021.
Each Project is expected to be in the range of $150,000.00 – $350,000.00.

The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist, a minimum of three (3) and up to four (4) qualified Respondents who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals for the named projects. This RFQ provides some general information about the projects, the requirements for the Responses to this RFQ, and the process to be used to select the shortlisted Respondents.
