The City of Chilliwack (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Respondents to construct the “Kiernan Works Yard Renovation Project” (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Respondents with expertise related to the renovation of an existing building including exterior and interior improvements resulting in a fully functional building.
