Work:

The work consists of the supply of all labour, equipment and services necessary to collect refuse from street front waste receptacles and the tipping of several commercial size bins provided by the Tenderer. The contract term shall be for three (3) years, extendable by an additional three (3) year term, at the agreement of both parties.

PERFORMANCE BOND: The successful Tenderer shall be required to provide a Performance Bond , in the amount of 50% of the total annual Tender Price, for each year of the contract.

BID SECURITY: Tenders shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tender price.
