The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest to design and construct the following works:

• Water - Approximately 410m of 150mm of ageing cast iron watermain requires replacement to increase capacity for fire flow and ensure system reliability;
• Sanitary Sewer - Approximately 360m of sanitary sewer pipe requires replacement due to ageing pipe;
• Storm Sewer - Approximately 330m of storm sewerpipe requires replacement due to ageing pipe and also to increase capacity;
• Road Works - Approximately 410 meters of MAin Street, from Patten Avenue to Wellington Avenue, requires rehabilitation to meet City road standards and TAC guidelines.

Sealed EIs from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "Main Street Upgrade Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later then 3:00 p.m., local time, March 8, 2005.
