The City of Chilliwack requires the services of a Consultant to provide engineering services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Inlet Works Upgrade Project.  The City will retain the selected Consultant for the next phase of the Project as the Owner's Engineer.  This will include design-build RFP evaluation, review of design submissions, and construction supervision.
