The City of Chilliwack is offering for sale by tender, up to twelve used multi-material roll off recycling container.

  • Custom built in 1991 by IMW Industries LTD, Chilliwack BC
  • Numerous renovations and regular maintenance on the structure, doors, hinges, paint, welding
  • 12 gauge steel for walls & doors, 3/16 inch steel plate for floor
  • Access door on one end
  • 6 compartments
  • Fire protection system
  • 7 tip out hopper doors
  • Sloped roof and rain gutter
  • Raised off ground
  • Material labels on each compartment

Bids are to be submitted no later than 3:00 pm, August 31st, 2004 to the following:

The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked with your name, address, and "RECYCLING CONTAINER TENDER".  Failure to properly mark the returned envelope may cause the returned tender to become misdirected with the Municipal Hall and therefore unavailable for opening at close of tender time.
