WORK: The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove the existing roof systems as described and dispose of same and further to complete the carpentry, built-up roofing and all sheet metal flashings as shown on the drawings, details and as specified in the Tender Documents. The work is to be completed between June 1, 2012 and October 15, 2012.
BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: The successful contractor and their staff will have to complete a Security Clearance Form through the Chilliwack RCMP and only workers who meet the RCMP Security Requirements will be allowed access to this Project.
