The City of Chilliwack is requesting expressions of interest from qualified Proponents who possess all the required personnel, experience and resources to provide public relation services for a variety of ongoing and special project initiatives.  The successful Proponent at the Stage 2 Request for Proposal process will coordinate with the City's public relations section within the Corporate Services department to establish and implement public communications strategies to support these initiatives.

A pre-selection process will be used to identify a maximum of three Proponents to submit a comprehensive proposal for Stage 2 of this assignment.

Interested Proponents can obtain RFEI documents on or after January 30, 2004 from the Main Reception Desk of the City of Chilliwack or may be downloaded free of charge.

An information meeting will be held at the offices of the City of Chilliwack at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2004.  Inquiries may be directed to Mr. Robert Carnegie, Project Manager at 604-793-2910 or at [email protected].

Sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the Proponent's name, address and "RFEI PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANT" will be received by the undersigned no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on February 17, 2004.
