Work:

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from Proponents to enter into an agreement to provide and deliver a used 2007 up to 2011 track type excavator which has between 50 and 2,000 hours of usage on it as described in this RFP and to carry out all matters in accordance with this RFP and the terms of the Agreement.
