WORK: The Work consists of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove existing roof systems as described and dispose of same and further to complete the carpentry, built-up roofing and all sheet metal flashings as shown on the drawings, details and as specified. All materials, roofing or otherwise are to be installed to the Roofing Contractors Association of BC guarantee standards and/or the manufacturer's instructions.
BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
MANDATORY SITE MEETING: There will be a mandatory site meeting on Thursday, May 28 starting at 10:00 am.
