The City of Chilliwack is seeking Proposals from qualified waste management contractors to provide residential curbside collection of garbage, recycling and yard waste; servicing of recycling at depots and municipal sites; and communication and liaison with the community.

*The objective of this project is to improve efficiency of solid waste collection in Chilliwack, provide residents with cost effective service, increase the recycling rate, and reduce the amount of garbage placed at curbside.

*The location of work is the City of Chilliwack.

Sealed Proposals clearly marked with the Proponent's name, address and "Chilliwack Residential Solid Waste Services" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, August 19, 2003.
