NOTE: This project is being retendered with a reduced scope of works in order to bring the project within budget.
To supply all labour, equipment, mowing, trimming, edging, grass clipping removal, site preparation and litter pick-up for the various City owned parks, sportsfields, boulevards, trails and tot lots as described in the Contract Documents. The Contract Term shall be for two seasonal years. A seasonal year runs from April 1 - October 31. The first year of the Contract shall be from June 17, 2008 to October 31, 2008.
PERFORMANCE BOND: The successful tenderer shall be required to provide a performance bond, in the amount of 20% of the two year total tender price including all taxes.
