The objective of the program is to tack weld ornamental (galvanized metal) streetlight pole hand hole covers shut to prevent unauthorized access. 

The City of Chilliwack is requesting quotations to provide all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to conduct the work in accordance with the specifications, quantities and locations specified within the RFQ Document.
