The City of Chilliwack is seeking Expressions of Interest from Design-Build Proponents to design and construct the following works:

The objective of the project:

*Design an appropriate sanitary sewer system for the area known as Sardis Park.
*Install approximately 6405 meters of sanitary sewer main.
*Install a sanitary pump station with forcemain.
*Service connections to approximately 467 properties.
*Full pavement width restoration.
Closing:
May 22, 2003 3:00 PM

Sealed Expression of Interest (EI) from complete teams clearly marked with the Proponent's name, address and "Sardis Park Sewers Phase 1" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, "May 20, 2003" and may be used to 'short list' the Proponents.  Interested parties not possessing the complete expertise, ie., both design and construction, will not be considered.  A maximum of three (3) interested parties will subsequently be invited to submit detailed Proposals.

RFEI documents may also be obtained from the City's Main Reception desk on or after "April 25, 2003".
