The City of Chilliwack Engineering & Operations Department is requesting lump sum quotations for the Engineering Survey and Plan Preparation on the following projects:

A)  Williams Street Water Main Replacement, from Bole Avenue to Reece Avenue;
B)  Harford Avenue Water Main Replacement, from Williams Street to end;
C)  SPS #18 Forcemain Installation on Quarry Road & Portage Avenue from Brentwood Drive to Menzies Street;
D)  4th Avenue Lane Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation on Williams Street and 4th Avenue Lane from SPS #2 to Charles Street.

Quotations will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Chilliwack no later than January 23, 2007.  Quotations may be faxed to the attention of Mr. Paul Whitehouse, Purchasing Manager, by filling out the required information on the "Quotation Summary Sheet" provided and faxing to 604-795-2963.
