Nature Park
The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) took over management of Hillkeep Regional Park in 2012. This 14 hectare regional park and nature reserve, located on top of Chilliwack Mountain, will provide new opportunities for outdoor recreational activities in addition to protecting the important habitat.
The existing and planned trail network will link community and neighbourhood parks, viewpoints, and offer passive recreational opportunities for a range of ability levels. The park's location overlooking the Fraser River makes it significant to the Experience the Fraser project. The addition of Hillkeep Regional Park to the area will help meet the growing need for parkland in the region.
Check the FVRD website for more information.
