The City of Chilliwack (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Proponents to develop, design and construct the “2019 West Dike Upgrade” (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Proponents, with expertise in Dike design and construction.
