Sealed Expressions of Interest (EI) clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "Chilliwack Coliseum Deconstruction or Demolition Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m. local time, January 5, 2005 and used to "short list" the Respondents possessing the complete expertise. A maximum of four (4) Respondents will be invited to submit detailed Proposals.
