The work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to supply and install a new 2 ply SBS modified asphalt membrane roof system to replace the two tar and gravel roof areas and Gacoflex coating to the tow outer arena metal roof area and the west lower metal roof area as shown on the drawings, details and as specified in the Tender Documents. The work is to be completed between June 1, 2012 and August 10, 2012 (weather permitting).
BID SECURITY: 10% of total Tender Price to be submitted with the Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
MANDATORY SITE MEETING: there will be a mandatory site meeting on March 29, 2012 starting at 9:30 am at 5745 Tyson Road, Chilliwack, B.C.
