The work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, and related wuqipment for the replacement of the existing tar and gravel roofs with new 2 ply SBS modified asphalt membrane roof systems as per attached documents and specifications. The work is to be completed between May 16, 2011 and June 30, 2011, weather permitting.
BID SECURITY: 10% of total Tender Price to be submitted with Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
MANDATORY SITE MEETING: There will be a mandatory site meeting on April 6, 2011 starting at 9:30 am at 45820 Spadina Avenue, Chilliwack, BC.
