| The City would like to install hot mix asphalt concrete mix to pathways and sports courts located in four City Parks. As long as the work is completed by November 1, 2010, the successful contractor may develop their own work schedule. The Project Manager must be advised three working days prior to the start of any work in each of the four parks. |
