Work:

The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment for the Work which generall includes the enclosure and re-roofing of the covered area at the east end of the landing Sports Center located at 45530 Spadina Avenue, Chilliwack, BC.

BID SECURITY:  10% of the Total Tender Price to be submitted with the Tender Document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
