The tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove the specified sections of the existing roof membrane to the wood deck as described in the tender document and disposal of the used material and further to complete all insulation, carpentry, metal flashing and membrane application as specified. The removal of the specified sections of the existing roof membrane and installation of the new roofing system is to be done in accordance to the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia standards and or the the manufacturer's instructions.
BONDING: Performance Bond in the amount of 25% of total tender price.
