2017 Marble Hill Area OCP and Zoning Amendments
The proposed amendments to the City’s Official Community Plan Bylaw 2014, No. 4025 and Zoning Bylaw 2001, No. 2800 for the Marble Hill neighbourhood are in response to a development moratorium for the area that has have been in effect since 2004.
The proposed amendments will be subject to a public hearing scheduled for 7:00 pm on December 5, 2017.
