The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the Engineering Services WWTP Outfall Rehabilitation Project.
All Proposals received in response to this RFP will be evaluated and the Proponent judged to have the “best overall Proposal” will be selected to enter into negotiations leading to an Agreement with the City for the Work.
