Work:

The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove and replace the existing roofs as specified in the Tender documents. All material, roofing or otherwise, is to be installed to Roofing Contractors Association of B.C. guarantee standards or better and/or manufacturer's instructions.
The cost of a five (5) year RCABC RoofStar Guarantee is to be included in the Tender Price.
