The tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove the specified sections of the existing roof system as described in the tender document and disposal of the used material. The removal of the specified sections of the existing roof and installation of the new roofing system is to be done in accordance to the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia standards and or the manufacturer's instructions.
BONDING: Performance Bond in the amount of 25% of total tender price.
