Bid / Tenders

The tender consists of the cupply of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and anything else required for the renovations of the Chilliwack Community Police Office cell block located at 45924 Airport Road, Chilliwack, B.C. located at 45924 Airport Road, Chilliwack, B.C., as described in the Tender document. 

SITE MEETING:  A mandatory site meeting will take place at the Chilliwack Community Police Office located at 45924 Airport Road, Chilliwack, B.C., V2P 1A2 starting at 2:00 p.m. on April 25, 2005.  The successful contractor, their employees and subcontractors will have to pass an RCMP security clearance as a condition of award of contract.  Drawings will be issued at no cost during the site meeting only. 

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 25% of total tender price.
