The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RfQ) is to invite Interested Parties to submit Responses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for the construction of two (2) matching washroom buildings on the Vedder Greenway.

The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist of up to five (5) qualified Respondents who will be invited to respond to an Invitation to Tender. This RfQ provides some general information about the requirements for the Responses to this RfQ, and the process to be used to select the shortlisted Respondents.
