Work:

The work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to replace the HVAC systems to include 4 Lieberts as specified in the Tender Documents.

BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:  There will be a mandatory site meeting on October 23, 2012 starting at 9:30am at 45820 Spadina Avenue.
