The project objective is to construct a 1664 sq foot truck bay to post disaster standards and to upgrade the parking area drain services. Asphalt paving will be limited to patching and tying existing blacktop into new building addition and catch basin as well as the construction of a new truck apron.
BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
SITE MEETING: There will be a site meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 starting at 10:00 am. at the Yarrow Fire Hall located at 42385 Yarrow Central Road. |
