The City of Chilliwack (City), together with the Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) is seeking a design-builder to undertake the design and construction of new library on a site at the corner of Tyson Road and Cumberland Avenue in Sardis (the “Project”).
The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified Respondent teams which will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals. This RFQ outlines the overall scope of the Project, the requirements for the Responses to the RFQ, and the process to be used to select the shortlisted Respondents.
