WORK: The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, and related equipment necessary to remove all existing roof systems to the level of the existing substrate and to dispose of same and further to complete all carpentry, metal flashing and membrane application as specified. All material, roofing or otherwise, to be installed to Roofing Contractors Association of B.C. guarantee standards or better and/or manufacturer's instructions.
BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.
PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
