The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests For Expressions of Interest to design and construct the following works:

Princess Avenue (Mary Street to Yale Road West) Water Main Replacement;
Williams Street (1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue) Water Main Replacement;
Young Road (Lewis Avenue to Hope River Road) Water Main Replacement;
Prest Road (North of Hwy #1 to Chilliwack Central Road) Water Main Replacement;
Chilliwack Central Road (Broadway to 400m east) Mater Main Replacement (Provisional);
Aitken Road (Chilliwack mountain Road to SPS #19) Sewer Main Replacement.

RFEI documents may be picked up at the City's Main Reception desk on or after February 24, 2009 or may be downloaded from the City's web page at www.chilliwack.com/bids.  Inquiries may be directed to the City's representative, Chandra Naiduwa, P.Eng. at 604-793-2745.

The pre-submission meeting will be held at:

Chilliwack, B.C.
Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 3:00 pm

Sealed EI's  from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "2009 Utilities Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 pm, local time, March 24, 2009.
