The Work in general is for the mowing of grass, weeds, and light brush along three sections of a City owned dyke. Each section is to be cut twice. First cut shall occur between April 1-April 15 and the second cut shall occur between September 15-September 30, of each calendar year. The contract term shall be for a two year period, extendible by three additional one year periods upon mutual agreement between the owner and the successful contractor.
