Bid / Tenders

The City of Chilliwack is offering one, used, 1981 GMC Thibaut 625 GPM, 1,200 gallon Pumper-Tanker Fire Truck for sale, using a tendered bid process.  The Fire Truck may be viewed, by appointment only, by calling Mr. Jeff Ullyot, Assistant Fire Chief, 604-702-5084.

No offer under $20,000.00 will be accepted.  G.S.T. is extra. 

Conditions of sale, specifications, photos, and bid documents may be obtained from the Municipal Hall Reception Desk on or after February 2nd, 2006, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, or may be downloaded from the City's web site at www.chilliwack.com/bids.

Bids are to be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., February 21st, 2006 to the following:

The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked with your name, address and "Fire Truck Tender".  Failure to properly mark the returned envelope may cause the returned tender to become misdirected within the Municipal Hall and therefore unavailable for opening at close of tender time.
