| Description: Training is offered for those interested in competing in all track and field events as well as training programs for those who wish to improve their fitness level for other sports. Power speed, speed endurance work and speed training are club specialties. The competitive season runs from April to August. Practice/training sessions take place at the track on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8pm. For older more serious athletes, year round individualized training is also available. During the spring and summer athletes are able to compete in several meets that take place, mainly in the lower mainland. | |
