Fraser Valley Zero Emissions Mobility Strategy
The Fraser Valley Zero Emissions Mobility Strategy was developed collaboratively by the City of Chilliwack, the City of Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley Regional District to provide a coordinated framework for advancing zero emission transportation across the region. The strategy identifies electric vehicle (EV) adoption trends, charging infrastructure requirements, implementation actions and monitoring measures to support the transition to a low emission transportation system.
This strategy supports greenhouse gas reduction objectives by:
- Identifying pathways to increase electric vehicle adoption.
- Assessing charging infrastructure requirements.
- Supporting implementation of zero emission mobility initiatives.
