We recommend personally picking up your mail ballot package and returning it directly to our drop box. This will help ensure your ballot is received and submitted on time.

If you are picking up a package on behalf of another individual, please note that you must provide written authorization from the elector, along with two pieces of identification – one of which must include a photo. Additionally, the individual picking up the package must present the same identification provided by the elector when appointing them as their representative.

Completed ballot packages can be returned either by dropping them off at City Hall, 8550 Young Road, during regular business hours or by using the City Hall drop box, which is available 24/7. The drop box will remain accessible until 8:00 pm on General Voting Day.
