The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Proponents having expertise in Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) infrastructure engineering and construction, Solids Waste operation and an understanding of infrastructure upgrade impacts on the existing WWTP operations. |
