The City of Chilliwack is seeking to engage the research and planning services of a qualified Consultant to conduct a study that supports incorporating bonus density regulation and policy into the Zoning Bylaw and Official Community Plan, along with an expansion or modifications to the DCC program and inclusion of ACCs. This project is being conducted in response to recent Provincial changes in planning legislation, and the City’s interest in creating a clearer bonus density framework. The goal of the Chilliwack Residential Development Financial Analysis is to study the financial performance of residential development scenarios in Chilliwack that will inform a review of Development Cost Charges, Amenity Cost Charges, and bonus density. |
