The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the 2024 Asphalt Rehabilitation – Consultant and Administrative Services. The successful proponent will work with the City representative to manage the 2024 Asphalt Rehabilitation Construction Works program and will take responsibility for the project work scopes, and execution of those scopes with the winning proponent for that RFP. |
